2019 Producer’s Scholarships

Cumberland Gang Show is a fantastic opportunity for fun, for development and for learning. Thousands of young people have had the opportunity over the last 49 years to be involved and we are proud of the way Cumberland Gang Show has shaped so many lives.

Thanks to a new funding source we have been able to continue offering our Producer's Scholarship program into 2019. These scholarships have been created to help extend the Cumberland Gang Show opportunity to young people who may not otherwise be able to experience it. The program is open to young people in full cast aged 9 to 26 and pays the cast fees for those who are selected. A limited number of scholarships are available and will be assessed on need. Current cast members for whom cast fees are likely to create significant financial burden are eligible to apply.

If you know someone who would get something out of performing in the Gang and who otherwise probably would not have the opportunity, please forward this information to them.

To apply, please prepare a 50 word statement outlining why you/your child would benefit from Cumberland Gang Show and how the financial aspect of the scholarship would impact your situation. Applications must be made by March 10th 2018 to the Producer/Director and he will assess them personally. Applicants and the details of their circumstances will be treated confidentially. Applicants will be advised by the end of March if they are successful or not.Meanwhile applicants for the Producer's Scholarships should not pay cast fees until they hear back from us.

Please send applications to . If you have any questions please contact Karina Wardle – CGS Marketing Director –
